For our customers' convenience, we offer three shipping options.
1) Fully-Tracked Standard*
2) DHL Express**
*Fully-Tracked Standard shipping options, is via postal services, and your purchased Merchandise will be passed to the postal service in your countries. If the postal service in your country is credible, please select to use fully-tracked shipping for your convenience.
*For the Fully-Tracked Standard shipping option, we will provide a tracking number, but we cannot guarantee if any problems arise in your country.
**For express shipping we use and recommend DHL Express, FedEx, UPS for their efficiency in all countries.

Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. KANACODE cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

We cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
